Location: Semi-private room with tables reserved for your group
Total Time: 4 hours (including 30 minutes before and after for setup/breakdown)
Bar Service: 2 servers; single tab for entire group
Space Rental: $350 in season, $450 holidays and special events
41-99 people
Location: The entire craft beer parlour is yours, and will be closed to outside patrons
Total Time: 5 hours (including 30 minutes before and after for setup/breakdown)
Bar Service: 2-4 servers; single tab for entire group
Space Rental: Starting at $450
Over 100 people
Location: You’ll have the entire facility—indoors and out—to yourself! The business will be closed to outside patrons

Registered not for profit groups may utilize space at no fee if pre-arranged
Groups requesting time outside normal business hours may incur an additional charge; call for quote
Prices not inclusive of 8% tax & 20% gratuity

Space of entire craft beer parlour: 1,500 square feet (approx.)
No outside alcohol permitted

Catering / food truck from Seneca County inspected business arranged by you
